Account still doesnt work

So Ive contacted a gm and Josh, the owner, about fixing my account. When I try to log onto the server, I get a message saying something along the lines of "unable to log in with master ip" or something of that nature. It has been more than a month and despite my persistent asking, nothing has yet been done to fix it. Please, can a gm or Josh fix my account.
